Returns & Exchanges

We will happily exchange or refund providing the following conditions have been met:

  1. The item with the original receipt is returned within 30 days of purchase.
  2. Items must be in original condition as purchased, with all labels/tickets/packaging attached. If your purchase includes garments, they must not have been washed or worn.
  3. The item must not have been personalised.

Please note that the change of mind refund & exchange policy set out above does not affect or limit your consumer law rights and the consumer guarantees under those laws in any way (eg. for items that are faulty or don’t match the description).

Variation To Refund & Exchange Policy For Items Purchased With Afterpay And Zip

An item purchased online using Afterpay or Zip as tender can be:

  1. Refunded by posting it to the Online Store Returns/Exchange address:

  2. Exchanged in store for product or a gift card by visiting the relevant brand’s retail store in Australia (ie. items bought at Just Jeans, Jay Jays, Portmans, Dotti and Jacqui E can only be returned to the store of the same brand). Gift cards will also be issued for any difference between the item exchanged and the amount originally paid.

We are unable to issue refunds in store where Afterpay or Zip was used as tender. All refunds and exchanges are subject to our refund and exchange policy having been met.

JUST SHOP REWARDS

If you redeemed a Just Shop Reward and/or benefit when you made your purchase, the total amount you paid for that purchase will have been reduced by the amount of the Just Shop Reward and/or benefit redeemed. All returns must in line with our Returns and Exchange Policy.

Instore

If you made a purchase in-store and have changed your mind and wish to return your purchase, you may either:

  1. Obtain a refund, and the amount refunded will be the amount paid after any Just Shop Reward and/or benefit applied. The value of the Just Shop Reward and/or benefit for the returned item will be forfeited; or
  2. Exchange the purchase for another item at the time of return, and the value of Just Shop Reward and/or benefit for the returned item will be applied to your new purchase.

Online

If you purchased online using a Just Shop Reward and/or benefit, then the value of the Just Shop Reward and/or benefit for the exchanged item/s will be credited towards the exchange. If you choose to return a product/s for a change of mind refund, the total amount paid after any rewards will be refunded, and the value of the Just Shop Reward and/or benefit for the returned item is forfeited.

Gift cards, including e-gift cards, issued for a return will be for the brand of the returned product.

Returns & refunds will be accepted provided the conditions in the Refund & Exchange Policy have been met. Refunds will be processed using the original form of payment.

Purchases made in Jay Jays stores

Purchases made in a Jay Jays Australian retail store can be returned in a Jay Jays Australian retail store. You must present the receipt you received in the store at the time you purchased your items.

Purchases Made Online in Australian Dollars

You can return an item purchased online:

  1. By visiting the relevant brand’s retail store in Australia (ie. items bought at Just Jeans, Jay Jays, Portmans, Dotti and Jacqui E can only be returned to the store of the same brand); OR
  2. By posting it to the Online Store Returns/Exchange address:

  • Make sure you include your order number, name, address, email, phone number, instructions and any comments concerning the return.

All returns & exchanges remain the responsibility of the purchaser until received by the Just Group. Exchanges are subject to stock availability. Refunds will be processed at the original purchase price using the original form of payment. JUST SHOP™ REWARD and/or benefit will only be credited as set out in the Returns and Exchange Policy. Delivery charges will not be refunded and standard delivery charges apply on re-delivery for exchanges, unless goods are returned in accordance with your consumer law rights.

You may exchange an item for something else from Jay Jays provided the conditions in the Refund & Exchange Policy have been met. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

Purchases made in Jay Jays stores

Purchases made in a Jay Jays Australian retail store (including purchases in an Australian store for delivery to you) can be exchanged in a Jay Jays Australian retail store. You must present the receipt you received in the store at the time you purchased your items.

Purchases Made Online in Australian Dollars

You can exchange an item purchased online:

  1. By visiting the relevant brand’s retail store in Australia (ie. items bought at Just Jeans, Jay Jays, Portmans, Dotti and Jacqui E can only be returned to the store of the same brand); OR
